Paris von Penn is a beautiful 3 year old German Shepherd. Our gorgeous girl with the large brown eyes is part femme de la femme and part goofball. She is confident and alert, walking like a dream on leash right next to you with her head held high. Paris is so great on leash, you won’t even notice her presence if not for the occasional wet nose on the back of your leg. She can react to dogs on leash but is extremely submissive and eager to please her humans, and a quick correction will ensure a drama-free rest of the walk. She is low-to-mid energy and spends much of the day snoozing on your feet (great for winter-time). Paris loves her humans and says hi to new people like they are long lost friends. Throwing a dinner party? Paris would love to co-host! Paris loves to be part of the action and flashes you her winning smile when invited to join in the fun. Paris knows sit, down, stay and will give you her paw before you even ask! She loves giving kisses and seems quite determined to lick your face off. In playgroups, Paris likes to hang out on the sidelines with her people, watching the action versus being part of it. This sweet, beautiful girl has stolen a piece of her foster mom’s heart in a short week, and we have no doubt that she will capture yours quickly. (She does enjoy chasing birds and squirrels so her new home will need to be kitty-free.)
